You Are Responsible For:

• Safely operating company trucks between residential and commercial locations
• Creating positive first impressions and building rapport with customers
• Evaluating removal projects and presenting upfront pricing
• Helping customers make informed decisions about our services
• Handling the loading and transportation of furniture, appliances, and other unwanted materials
• Repeatedly lifting and moving items weighing 75+ lbs
• Identifying belongings that can be donated or recycled
• Working with the operations team to maintain efficient routes and service schedules

Minimum qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history for the previous 3 years
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding tasks
• Comfortable communicating with customers and negotiating pricing
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Availability to work at least one weekend day each week

Experience in delivery driving, hospitality, warehouse operations, retail, sales, moving, landscaping, customer service, or general labor can be beneficial, but isn't required.
