We’re adding new team members to keep up with the busy season. 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for Truck Team Members who enjoy staying busy, working with people, and taking pride in a job done right.

$20–$25/hr average all-in (base pay + tips + bonuses)

How You’ll Spend the Day:

Head out with a teammate on a set route
Drive a company truck to homes and businesses throughout Las Vegas
Walk customers through the service and estimates
Remove items such as furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items
Lift and carry 75+ lbs safely during jobs
Divert items for donation, recycling, or disposal
Communicate with operations to keep everything running smoothly

Who This Role Is For:

People who like being active and productive
Clear communicators
Team-oriented individuals
21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the past 3 years
Availability to work at least one weekend day
Prior sales experience is a plus but not required
