We’re hiring part-time team members in South Burlington, VT, who bring strong communication skills, a solid work ethic, and a positive attitude—while enjoying flexible shifts and competitive pay.


What We Offer:

• Flexible Scheduling: (We operate 7 days a week)
• Part-time- 2-3 Shifts per week (8-12 hour shifts)
• Immediate start dates & paid training

A Day in the Life:

• Drive: You’ll cruise in our sleek 17-20 ft Isuzu trucks, providing top-notch service to our customers.
• Lift & Load: Remove unwanted items (big and small) from customer properties and load them into the truck.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, leaving every customer with a smile.
• Sales & Negotiation: Assess and quote for junk removal (we provide training and easy-to-understand pricing sheets).
• Time Management: Manage your day like you're running your own business—smart, efficient, and on-point!
• Recycle & Donate: Help keep items out of landfills by recycling and donating items wherever possible.

Pay & Bonuses:

• $24–$28+/hr (base pay + profit share bonus + credit card tips)

What You Bring:

• 21+ years old (for commercial insurance eligibility)
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR check for the past 3 years)
• A great attitude and a goal-driven mindset
• Comfort with lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs regularly
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
