- Greet customers, assess jobs, and clearly explain estimates
- Remove unwanted items safely and efficiently
- Lift and move 75+ lbs throughout the day
- Sort items for donation and recycling whenever possible
- Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and teamwork
- 21+ with a clean driver’s license for the last 3 years
- Reliable transportation to get to work on time
- Available to work at least one weekend day
- Comfortable with physical work and staying active
- Strong communicator with a helpful, team-first mindset
- Smartphone capable of downloading multiple apps
