What You’ll Do:

General Labor Tasks:

• Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing merchandise and junk removal items to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform hands-on tasks like lifting, moving, and sorting inventory and junk, ensuring everything is optimized for customer needs.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and ready for action, contributing to a safe and inviting environment.

Customer Service:

• Deliver exceptional service by answering customer questions and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Build strong relationships with customers, encouraging loyalty and repeat business through excellent service and follow-up.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory movement to support our operations and improve service.

What You Bring:

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license (3 years clean for insurance purposes).
• No CDL required—just a passion for providing top-notch customer service!
• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects safely, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude that resonates with customers and teammates alike.
