We’re looking for driven, high-performing individuals to join our Burlington, VT team. A typical day includes:

• The day starts with a commercial vehicle inspection, followed by a morning meeting.
• Teams of two will head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
• Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer
• Once your truck is full, you will dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities
• To run efficiently, teams must maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team
• Feel amazing about helping your community 

What We Offer:

Flexible Scheduling:

• We operate 7 days a week
• Full-time - 4 Shifts per week ( 8-12 hour shifts)
• Part-time- 2-3 Shifts per week ( still 8-12 hour shifts)
• Immediate start dates & paid training

Pay (Hour rate + Tips + Performance Based Bonus)
Total Average Earnings:  $24-$28 / hour

• You are 21+ years of age (Required for commercial truck Insurance)
• Possess a valid driver’s license (No CDL Required!)
• Have a clean driving history for 3 years (No points, suspensions, or violations)
• Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly

Candidates with experience in labor, warehouse, Labour, operations, sales, and customer service are especially well-suited for this role.
