We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Operations Manager who’s comfortable jumping into a fast-moving, customer-focused environment. This isn’t a sit-back-and-direct role—you’ll be involved in the day-to-day while also keeping an eye on the bigger picture.

You’ll help keep things running smoothly, support your team when they need it, and make sure customers are having a great experience. If you like leading from the front and keeping things organized under pressure, this could be a great fit.

Salary: $50,000 + performance bonus
Schedule: Full-time (includes opening, closing, and weekends)

What You’ll Be Doing

Day-to-Day Operations:

• Oversee daily operations and support field teams
• Plan routes and schedules to keep things efficient
• Make sure jobs are done well and customers are happy
• Keep track of key info like sales, estimates, and job details
• Watch performance numbers and look for ways to improve
• Jump in and help on the ground when needed

Team Leadership

• Lead and support your team to hit daily goals
• Keep the work environment positive and motivated
• Encourage accountability and open communication
• Run team huddles and keep everyone aligned

Customer Experience

• Make sure customers consistently have a great experience
• Handle feedback and resolve issues quickly
• Set the standard for professionalism and quality

Sales & Growth

• Help the team hit daily sales targets
• Look for opportunities to increase revenue
• Reduce cancellations and keep customers coming back
